Comments: IF this machine worked as they claim, it would rate 5 stars. We have had this machine for 2 1/2 months and are waiting on our 3rd repair appointment. It started with a squeak and a roller replacement. Next it started zooming from 0mph to 12 mph as soon as you started, a little friendly advice, always stand on the sides when you start this machine! So they came and replaced the computer board (?). Now the motor is bad, it shakes and shimmies if you can get it to start at all. So, a new motor has been ordered along with another new roller and we are waiting on this. This is ridiculous for a new machine!!!! I am very dissatisfied. Now let's discuss Ifit...I realize that Ifit is a different company from Nordictrack, but they certainly use it as an advertising tool and in my opinion should be held accountable. It appears that Street View is not compatible with the Android browser that Nordictrack uses on it's machines. Of course they say they are coming out with a fix, but they have been saying that for 2 months now! Over all, I would never recommend this machine - way too many kinks to work out. I don't really have any faith at this point that they will work them all out. If this next repair appointment doesn't fix everything and keep it fixed, I will be demanding my money back. I reserve the right to update this review as things progress.
